Agreement

By downloading or using Prayer Times ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description

Prayer Times is a mobile application that calculates Islamic prayer times and Qibla direction based on your geographic location using astronomical algorithms.

License

The App is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to these terms.

Accuracy

Prayer times are calculated using established astronomical algorithms (Jean Meeus, "Astronomical Algorithms") and standard Islamic calculation methods. While we strive for accuracy, times may vary slightly from those published by local mosques or authorities due to differences in calculation parameters, elevation, or local conventions. The App should be used as a reference tool.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Prayer times will match those of any specific mosque or authority
• The Qibla direction will be precise without a calibrated device compass

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Daniel Vilela and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
